Hakyung Chin/Process Paragraph/MON11AM/ 201103449

Let's listen to music anywhere, anytime we want!

Nowadays, we can see many people with earphones, listening to music and podcasts. If you have an IPOD or IPHONE or if you are planning to buy one, and you have no idea how to use it, you should pay attention. It is not that difficult to put music on an IPOD if you follow some simple steps. First, you have to download ITUNES. This program allows you to download music, movies, and podcasts and it helps you manage your music and video files. You can download this program from the official Apple website(www.apple.com). If you have already downloaded and installed ITUNES, it is time to download the music you want to put on your IPOD. If you are Korean, it will be comfortable for you to use websites such as Melon, Mnet, or Bugs Music, since they provide with much more Korean songs. If you want to purchase American songs, videos or podcasts, it is better to use ITUNES. You may have to pay some money. If it is possible, ask a friend to send you some fine music by e-mail. The third step is to add your music in your ITUNES library. It may be a bothersome job, but this is the safest way to protect your IPOD and your music files. In the [File] section in your ITUNES, there's an option which says [Add file/folder to library]. Click this option, and drag the music files that you want to put on your IPOD. Check if the files have been sent to the library. If it's not, do the process once again. If the files are added to the library, press [Sync IPOD] in the [File] section. This function makes your IPOD library same as your ITUNES library. It will take a minute or so to synchronize depending on the amount of files. If it is over, turn on your IPOD and check if the music files are all added. Then, the final procedure, enjoy your music!

  1. Hi, my name is Kyeong-eun Lee. I really enjoyed your writing because you explained step by step how to use ITUNES and IPOD or something. The most interesting part was the introduction as I'd like to learn how to use ITUNES. However, it would be improved if you let the readers know what the second step is. I was confused there seemed no bridge between first and thrid. But overall, your writing was good :)
