How to make a simple brunch

Theseadays many people like eating brunch menu at cafe or restaurant. So I want to explain how to make a very simple brunch at house. I use my recipe often when I just simply  want to eat brunch. You can make it by your self. It takes short time, is easy to make, and needs little ingredients. Before cooking, you have to prepare one egg, 2 slice of bread, oil, lettuce, cheese, and milk. Now you can start simple cooking. First, drop small amount of oil on the freipan. Then, grill egg for approximately 2 minute until it is fully grilled. Then, Fried eggs are completed. Next, put 2 slice of bread in the oven. Bake these for about 5 minute. After it is finished, these will be very crispy to eat. After that, chop the lettuce and other kind of veggie whatever you like softly as the size of a bite. Then, put baked breads and fried eggs on the wide shaped plate. Also, on this wide plate put choped lettuce and small amount of sweet sauce. Then prepare a glass, and drop milk on the glass. Lately, melt cheese on the fried pan a little bit about 30 second. Finally put melted cheese on the wide plate. Now all the ingredients for your brunch menu is cooked. You can delightfully enjoy the dish.

  1. Hello, Namhye.
What I like about this piece of writing is well-organised process. Reading your paragraph, I felt interest in cooking brunch. In addition, you appropriately used some linking words such as then, next, after that, etc. But, there is a funny spelling mistake due to our first major(German). You need to change ‘Freipan’ to a ‘fry pan’ or ‘frying pan’. I also make such a mistake often. Englisch, schould, and so on. Be careful. And I think you also need to change ‘lately’ to ‘later’ or something like that. The one change you could make that would make the biggest improvement in this piece of writing is that you add some warning, suggestion, or prediction.
Your writing is always very good. I enjoy your work. Vielen Dank. Aufwiedersehen.

  2. Hi! This is YoungHoon Kim. It was interesting to know about making bruch. I could understand what you tried to explain. The thing that you use signal words of process was to to follow your writing. But there were many grammar and spelling mistakes. These mistakes made me unconfortable when reading. For better writing, you should use word processor software to minimize your errors. Anyway, it was good to read your piece of writing!

  3. Theseadays many people like eating brunch menu at cafe or restaurant. So I want to explain how to make a very simple brunch in your home. I use my recipe often when I just simply want to eat brunch in home, not outside. You can easily make it by your self. It takes short time, is easy to make, and needs little ingredients. Before cooking, you have to prepare one egg, 2 slice of bread, oil, lettuce, cheese, and milk. Now you can start simple cooking. First, drop small amount of oil on the fryingpan. Then, grill egg for approximately 2 minute until it is fully grilled. Then, Fried eggs are completed. In this process,it is better to cook egg in half-done,that means egg is half boiled but also half uncooked. This state is the best to enjoy the taste. Next, put 2 slice of bread in the oven. Bake these for about 5 minute. Be careful not to bake them so long or it can be burned up. After it is baked on time, these will be very crispy to eat. After that, chop lettuce and other kinds of vegetables whatever you like. Next, put baked breads and fried eggs on the wide shaped plate. Also, on this wide plate put choped lettuce and drop two spoonfuls of sweet sauce. If you like sauce, you can drop it more. Now, melt cheese on the frying pan for a moment about 30 second. Then, put this melted cheese on the wide plate where other dishes are already prepared to be eaten. Now all the ingredients for your brunch menu is completed. All you have to do now is prepare a glass. Finally drop milk on the glass. You can delightfully enjoy the dish.
