I can cook only Kimchijjigae. The process is very simple but the taste of it is really good. First we need base stew that made by anchovies and a kelp. In the pot, put the water about 2/3 of it and anchovies and a kelp, and then boil it. If they are boiled well, put out the fire and scoop anchovies and a kelp. Now let's go to the second step. Take out Kimchi, pork, onions, green onions, tofu and some ingredients you want to put in. And then, put them all in the pot except tofu. Boil it about 15 minutes, let the jjigae simmer. When it simmered, put the tofu on the top and boil it again with low heat for 5 minutes. Now we are in final step. Let's eat it! Can you feel the smell?
