| The worst waiter
Are waiters always nice an kind? Do they always offer the best service to customers? The answer would probably lean to "NO". Of course the waiters who work at expensive restaurants or hotels might be trained well so that the customers would feel pleasant, but there are lots of restaurants that have the worst waiters. People have met the worst waiters at least once in their lives, and they all have similar characteristics. First, worst waiters do not care much about customers. Sometimes they would just ignore customers. Everything becomes self service, from ordering to cleaning the table. Second, when a bad situation happens, for example, if there was a bug in the food and the customer called the waiter and complained about it, instead of apologizing, the worst waiter would never apologize and say it's the customer's fault. Sometimes they would say bad words in the back or get in a fight with the customers. Lastly, worst waiters play with food. They don't take it serious about other customer's meals. For example, they accidently spilled some food on the ground, and then they would just put the dirty food on the plate. I understand that working is exhausting but these behaviors make customers not want to go to the restaurant next time. |

Hello, this is Park Tae Jun. Overall, your point seemed clear and you did a good job in describing common characteristics bad waiters have: not care about customers, not apologize for its poor service, play with food. It made a clear image about the situations you wrote. Also since your was written precisely, it was easy to follow along. One thing that could improve your writing is probably by adding your personal experiences. For example, write a specific real experience that you had-memories that you actually confronted bad waiters.

Hi, it was good to read your writing. It was very clear that you suggest three reasons specifically why some waiters are bad ; do not care about customers, never apologize, playing with food. It was easy to understand thanks to your proper examples, however, I think it would be better if you add your own experience. And I like that you restate the topic sentence more detailedly in the conclude sentence like those bad behaviors will make customers not to visit again. And lastly, it would attract more attention of readers if you add creative title on your writing.

I once had a moment when I was eating a soup and there was a fly inside, I complained but the waiter said that the fly must have got inside after the food was served!. They didn't do anything for me.
